After the ridiculous ISA, it’s now the Sedition Act (SA) comes into play.
So what’s sedition means?
Under Section 3 (1) of the Sedition Act 1948, it’s defined as acts that have a tendency to bring into hatred or contempt or to excite disaffection against any government or the administration of justice…or anything that similar like that.
However , there are exceptions … One of these is that it’s not seditious to point out errors or defects in the government or Constitution as by law establish under Section 3(2).
